Ring Forming Machine Safe Operating Procedures

I. Safety Preparation 1.1 Before use, fully inspect and maintain the machine: check hydraulic hoses and fittings for leaks, confirm all guards are in place, and verify other functions are normal; 1.2 Wear PPE that meets applicable standards, such as gloves; 1.3 Ensure all operators are professionally trained and familiar with the workflow. Strictly follow procedures; do not change settings privately; 1.4 Keep the work area clean and free of obstacles or scrap;

II. Operating Details 2.1 Operate per the manual and adjust torque and working conditions as required; 2.2 Place material inside safety guards and keep PPE properly; 2.3 Never manually interfere with the machine—fingers, clothing, etc. must stay clear of moving parts to avoid pinch injuries and bleeding; 2.4 Nearby staff must stay focused and must not do unrelated work at close range while the machine runs;

III. Common Issues & Hazard Alerts 3.1 Know the emergency stop location; in an emergency, stop the machine immediately and cut power; 3.2 Do not exceed rated capacity—for example oversized wire diameters; process only within specified ranges; 3.3 If abnormal noise or vibration occurs, stop at once and notify maintenance; 3.4 If you feel fatigued or unwell, stop operating immediately; 3.5 Keep records of all service and repairs to track maintenance history;

IV. Equipment Care 4.1 Change hydraulic oil and filters regularly; based on usage frequency, weekly or monthly oil changes help avoid oil degradation that hurts quality; 4.2 When changing oil, drain the cylinder first, clean related parts, then refill with new oil; 4.3 Periodically check electrical components and wiring so the control system stays reliable; 4.4 Clean the drive system and moving parts regularly to prevent mechanical faults that cause production incidents
