The camless CNC spring / wire-forming machine combines precision feed rollers with upper/lower diameter rods, a pitch rod and cutter to wind variable-diameter and variable-pitch springs and related forms. Versus mechanical cam machines, CNC changeover is faster and feed more stable—no constant cam dressing—ideal for multi-SKU wire shops that need quick product switches.

Detailed Description
The machine uses a TOPCON spring / wire-bender CNC controller package with recipe storage for repeatable forming. Optional decoiler capacity and tooling are selected according to the part drawing. Factory pre-acceptance and remote commissioning support are available with the machine
